I’m so glad I did — they immediately gave me directions, and when I reached the last few stairs and needed a hand, a fine young gentleman named MacKinney was right there to assist and escort me. Afterwards, he kindly offered to show me around the store, and we ended up finding the nicest college sweaters on the men’s floor. I left with two for my nieces, who are freshmen at Ohio State — they’re going to love them! In conclusion, I see bright things ahead for this flagship. Both floors are beautifully styled and absolutely up my alley. Great service and great selection — I’ll be back!
