I made the chimes jiggle multiple times to no avail. Then I finally banged on the door, and some girl comes out looking higher than a kite saying she never heard us come in. She then keeps making me and my daughter wait while she went in the back THREE different times for 7 mins each time. Won’t be coming here again. Sucks because I love edible arrangements so much!

I went and got there well before 1:00 PM to pick up the arrangement I bought for a birthday and the store was CLOSED. I called every number I could, even knocked on the door and no response. It is absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do NOT recommend going to this store at all. I am hoping they give me a FULL refund because I spent over $100 on this order.

I have used other locations without this issue! It is only when you have to try and get your money back, they re-attempt delivery! Go to the other sites (West Roxbury, Medford, etc) if you’re in Boston.
