They just told me their driver did their job and had no other explanation on what could have happened. I was unable to talk at the time and called them back/left messages to either get a refund or figure out where it was delivered. However, nobody called me back and have ignored my calls. Really disappointed in their customer service. Will not be ordering from here again.
