Not just fancy shoes to go dancing either. I needed some waterproof, winter type boots. I got some Sketchers that have worked very well the past few weeks. Seems they have a bigger women's section than men's, but I guess that is what their sales figures dictate.

Instead of helping me with my order, he told me to go look for it myself. When I asked for assistance, he refused to help and would not even allow any other employee to help me either. I was treated like I was a problem instead of a customer. His attitude was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is not how a manager should behave, especially in customer service. I shop at DSW often, but after this experience I am very disappointed. Management like this hurts the company’s reputation. I hope DSW takes this seriously and improves how customers are treated.
