- BLBang LeDec 24, 20251.0Bad customer services ever in Boston area. They have a bunch of employees there but when we entered the store and asked for help, nobody came, So we decided to leave. On our way out, we saw all of them doing nothing but on their phone and not even a “hi, hello” but a smirking smile. Shouldnt the store be closed already? If the store has so many bad reviews about their services? Or shouldnt the store re-training their employees with better attitudes? Every customer comes to the store either they are buying or not, yet they are still customers. Your job is to serve them and not giving them attitudes.

The only reason I didn't demand to switch staff until I received the service I deserve was that I was rushing to catch a flight. You have completely tarnished the brand's image for me. Never again

There was an Asian lady who did not acknowledge me or my partner at all when we first came in and even while we were clearly looking at the case right in front of her. It may have been the way we were dressed. I can see why this store is rated so low. Not acceptable treatment at this price point.
