There was an Asian lady who did not acknowledge me or my partner at all when we first came in and even while we were clearly looking at the case right in front of her. It may have been the way we were dressed. I can see why this store is rated so low. Not acceptable treatment at this price point.

Walked in to the store and was immediately told “we don’t have anything in your size.” Kind of confusing because I was looking for a bag but I guess if you’re not skinny or rich looking don’t bother.

I didn't get her name, but an older Asian woman with black hair was very rude to us and seemed to be rushing us out of the store. Two other employees acknowledged us, and were not unpleasant, thankfully. A luxury brand should not be hiring people that profile and discriminate, although I can see I am not the first customer to have a negative experience at this location.
