While looking at a piece, my saleswoman allowed another saleswoman to snatch it into her closed hand and take the velvet display folio away. Yes, this happened ad I was looking at a piece with a salesperson.. No one, not a manager and not my salesperson, corrected this other saleswoman. I'll never consider this brand again.

Ricky helped me, and he was beyond amazing! He made my experience so special and memorable. Ricky was truly the best, and I can’t recommend this store (and his service) enough! Will be making this the DY store I frequent!!

The whole experience after that was a nightmare. The customer service barely responds — their system sends automated emails, and it takes forever for a real person to reply. I even called multiple times, but no one ever answered. I returned the bracelet as instructed and waited for feedback, but they took ages to get back to me. I couldn’t even log into my account on their website. They told me to wait 5–7 business days, and I did, but still heard nothing. Out of frustration, I went to one of their stores and decided to just buy the bracelet in person. Then it got worse — they charged me $690 instead of $595, and now they’re telling me I need to come back again so they can refund the difference. At this point, it just feels sketchy. I even asked for a refund instead of an exchange for other bracelet, but the whole process has been such a mess.
