- AAAniaOct 19, 20251.0I stay with my family 4 rooms I’m Bonvoy member for 10 years the woman who answer the phone on the front desk is unprofessional and rude first when I call several times to request a room gift for my daughter anniversary and she sent me to a web side to do and the next day available was 5 days latter I call back and she hang up the phone . Is a simple service they can do the same day is a bad experience I don’t recommend this hotel
- VKV KandalluOct 9, 20255.0This is a luxury hotel at a great location. The hotel is directly connected to Copley place and Prudential mall with great restaurant options. I ate breakfast a la Carte (not buffet) at the Yard House, the restaurant in the hotel which was good with plenty of choices. There was no waiting on week days but weekends could be long wait unless you book ahead. The Starbucks on the second floor was very convenient. The concierge and front desk were very helpful. There is a resort fee that comes with daily food credit and 2 tickets to Boston view from Prudential building. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel for my next trip.
