  The service at this store is so disappointing. Staff are disengaged, unhelpful, and uninspiring - especially compared to the warm and professional experiences I have had at Loewe and Tiffany in the same mall. The shoes also no longer live up to the reputation. Louboutin is putting out overpriced models with visibly declining quality. The Miss Z’s in particular look and feel cheap. Their front and center display shoe was giving Fashion Nova vibes (see pic). For Louboutin - it’s time to go vintage. If you want both craftsmanship and service, shop elsewhere. Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo, Aquazzura, Roger Vivier, Prada, or Ferragamo all offer superior products and experiences.

  I rarely leave reviews but felt I had to. They’re very rude here and clearly do not understand their own policy. I had to call customer care to find out that I did indeed have more time to exchange my shoes. I’ve shopped at Cartier, VCA, and Tiffany’s in Boston. They all have amazing customer service. Unfortunately this Loubiton location is rude and classless. I would go to another location. Some people have left similar reviews so it must be true.

  Was shopping for a hard to find Louis Junior Spikes, and found out through a sales associate in Las Vegas, that the CL Boutique in Boston had it. Terod and Colin, both went out of their way to get/hold the shoes for me, and Terod even sent pictures of the shoes, got my info, and then had the shoes shipped to me ASAP! Customer service was top notch with these gentlemen. I’ll definitely be shopping from here again! Thank you Guys!!!

  My boyfriend purchased a pair of So Kate’s for me for my birthday but they are a little to high for me. I went in and tried to exchange them for a lower heel and was told the return policy is 30 days and they would not help me at all. I am super disappointed and still have this brand new pair of shoes that I never wear. I would suggest going to Saks, Neimans, or Barneys for your loubs, as they are always willing to do what it takes to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. I have returned things from those places long after the return date and received store credit. It’s unfortunate that this stores policy’s are so strict
