There were several employees just standing around, ignoring me, I had to ask for help several times, and was made to feel like an annoyance for asking for another size in the shoes I was looking for. Due to the service, I decided not to buy the shoes. I left, went to Saks, and bought shoes from another brand. I’d much rather give a commission to people who make the shopping experience fun and comfortable.
