- CWChristopher WyseFeb 9, 20261.0Ordered a pair of so Kate’s a week ago with next day air, never received a confirmation so after 5 days I got a hold of an agent who said they were back ordered and that the order would be canceled and I’d get a refund and free next day air if I wanted another pair, I selected an alternative pair and instead of applying the 1400 I already paid they said I’d have to pay again, I said just cancel it then and was immediately hung up on. What an awful business I would never for my business again.

There were several employees just standing around, ignoring me, I had to ask for help several times, and was made to feel like an annoyance for asking for another size in the shoes I was looking for. Due to the service, I decided not to buy the shoes. I left, went to Saks, and bought shoes from another brand. I’d much rather give a commission to people who make the shopping experience fun and comfortable.
