  I was never approached by staff to see if I needed assistance. Seemed over staffed and I felt like I was only taken seriously as a customer after I made it clear that I was looking to purchase and not browse.

  I visited the Chanel boutique to explore the jewelry collection, and the experience was truly luxurious. The staff greeted me instantly and clearly understood their product lines—especially the jewelry specialists, who explained the Coco Crush craftsmanship in impressive detail. The store is beautifully minimalist with warm lighting, and the quiet, fragrance-filled ambiance makes browsing very comfortable. The layout is smart, separating classic pieces from high-end collections perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for attentive service and a refined shopping environment.

  I had an outstanding experience visiting the Chanel boutique today. The attention to detail in the store layout and the sophisticated ambiance made my visit truly memorable. The manager Yailen were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, providing a level of personalized service that you simply cannot find online.   I came to the store with a friend with intent to purchase a bag, but the experience was so terrible (with Kerry Chang), that I left making sure she didn’t get my sale. Kerry was very rude, appeared annoyed when we asked questions and had an attitude. Whenever I asked to see bags with certain features or size, she would get annoyed and tell me to find it on my own in the store. Really disappointing experience. From the start she was unpleasant to deal with.
