    Amazing customer service! I went in this week for a repair and they were lovely! They treated me amazingly, offered me a beverage (I declined), and took my item in for repair. Literally today I received a note following up and letting me know my item was ready. I was stunned! It was the price I was told. I called to thank Yamilette (who helped me). In an age where customer service is a lost art, they have it right! If I’m going to a luxury retailer and spend money I want to be treated those this! I will be back and they are incredible!!!!

    I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of a pair of Chanel sunglasses I purchased a couple of years ago from the Newbury Street store in Boston. While the design was beautiful, the metal components started to discolor and corrode — first on one side, then the other. For a product that cost $550, I expected not only high style but also the high quality that Chanel is known for. Unfortunately, the sunglasses didn’t hold up even for a few months of occasional use. I recently looked into having them repaired, but was told that fixing wasn’t an option. I was also informed that this issue has been raised by other customers, pointing to a design flaw. It’s disappointing to see such poor durability from a brand like Chanel. I would expect better quality control, especially at this price point. I’ve requested a refund or credit due to the defect, and Chanel customer care rudely ignored my multiple emails and calls and then declined my request. Think twice before investing in this store and brand.
