I had an extremely disappointing experience at Celine on 08/19/2024 at 14:02 with a staff member named Jake H. From the moment I entered the store, I was met with a poor attitude. When I asked a few questions, she dismissively said, “WOW, you ask a lot of questions,” which felt rude and unprofessional.
What made the situation even more disheartening was the clear sense of bias, as my friends and I, who are Asian, were treated with a lack of respect that felt discriminatory. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a high-end store like Celine. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure all customers are treated fairly and with courtesy, regardless of their background.
