  I recently visited the store to get the band on my trinity bracelet replaced and found the staff to be very helpful. I was quickly greeted by the door and assisted. The location seemed to be a little understaffed but overall the experience was quick and efficient. It felt very hospitable.

  My recent visit to Cartier was amazing thanks to Xin Chen. She was very kind and provided wonderful assistance. She made the entire visit feel special! I would absolutely return and highly recommend her to anyone looking for shopping assistance.

  My visit to Cartier was excellent, focused entirely on their stunning jewelry selection. The store’s bright, open layout makes it easy to view the latest seasonal pieces, and the staff were incredibly professional from the moment I walked in. They answered all my questions about metal maintenance and engraving with great knowledge. The rest area and coat storage were very thoughtful, and the private VIP space shows their attention to detail. Trying on pieces and examining them in the perfect lighting was a highlight. A top-tier experience for luxury jewelry shopping.

  My visit to Cartier started a bit rocky but ultimately ended on a very positive note. I initially came in to have my ring polished and to confirm my sizing for both the Love and Juste un Clou bracelets. The first advisor who assisted me upstairs did not introduce herself and, rather than showing me both bracelets as requested, made assumptions about sizing and only showed one option. Her name is Alissa, is what I later found out. I had to ask what her name was cause I hope to not work with her again. Alissa also selected the model herself instead of engaging with me about what I was looking for. While polite, the experience felt rushed and not very consultative. I went back downstairs to wait for my ring, and the associate who greeted me upon arrival kindly offered water while I waited. Stephanie, who returned my ring, was also very kind and professional. After waiting for a bit, I asked to work with someone else so I could properly see both bracelets in the sizes I wanted. That’s when I was introduced to Luke S. and that completely changed the experience. Luke was phenomenal: engaging, informative, patient, and genuinely attentive. He answered my questions thoroughly, made sure I saw exactly what I asked for, and provided helpful information to support my decision-making. He even shared his contact information, and because of his excellent service, all future business will be done with him. Thank you to Luke, Stephanie, and the beautiful 👸🏾 associate who greeted me upon entrance for turning what started as a disappointing visit into a great experience.

  I recently made a purchase to celebrate my milestone birthday, and the service was exceptional. Carmen and Lesta were incredibly helpful and made the experience feel so welcoming and special. Highly recommend this boutique!!
