I bought a Wyndham parka that I love less than 3 months ago and one of the buttons fell off. I went in store just to find out that they don't do in store repairs anymore. Contacted customer service and it turns out that its going to take 4 weeks just for a simple button repair. Love the jackets but terrible customer service.

Canada Goose felt controlled and intentional from the moment I arrived. The manager let groups in one at a time, and each group was paired with an employee who asked detailed questions about what they needed. I also was able to learn that all the items at Canada Goose were hand-stitched, which let me understand the pricing strategies. Overall, it was a fun experience.

I had a great experience at Canada Goose in the Prudential Center. The team was welcoming and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the craftsmanship and performance of the jackets. The store felt organized, attentive, and very hospitality-driven. Overall, it was a smooth and informative shopping experience.

Great experience in the Canada Goose store.
Everyone in this store was so kind and welcoming! Nathan was the salesperson who helped me find the perfect jacket, and he was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and helpful without ever being pushy. He even let me leave the store without any pressure, never making me feel bad, and gave me his number in case I decided I wanted the jacket.
When I came back the next day to purchase it, he already had the jacket pulled and ready for me so I could walk right in and check out. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend this location, and if you go, make sure to ask for Nathan!
