  Be Careful... sent a brand new jacket in for repairs from a significant manufacturers defect after wearing it only twice. When the jacket was returned it had been infected with moths and ultimately damaged. I know 100% its from their facility b/c it was sealed air tight in palstic. Canada Goose took no responsiblity for it, and so a $2400 jacket ruined due to their negligence. I think you're a better off spending a little more and going to Moncler.

  I bought a Wyndham parka that I love less than 3 months ago and one of the buttons fell off. I went in store just to find out that they don't do in store repairs anymore. Contacted customer service and it turns out that its going to take 4 weeks just for a simple button repair. Love the jackets but terrible customer service.

  Great experience in the Canada Goose store. Everyone in this store was so kind and welcoming! Nathan was the salesperson who helped me find the perfect jacket, and he was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and helpful without ever being pushy. He even let me leave the store without any pressure, never making me feel bad, and gave me his number in case I decided I wanted the jacket. When I came back the next day to purchase it, he already had the jacket pulled and ready for me so I could walk right in and check out. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this location, and if you go, make sure to ask for Nathan!
