    While the store was almost empty, security at the door told us (2 people) to stand and wait in line. After 5 people exited, we were still waiting while security just chatted away. When I asked if it’s ok to come in, they completely ignored us. We just left, too many other outerwear stores with better customer service

    Wow, the customer service at this location is truly impressive! I do not live anywhere near this particular store but they had a coat in stock I could not find online. Both associates who helped me over the phone were so accommodating and friendly. I'd previously called a store in NYC and they were very rude, which prompted me to call Boston instead. They shipped the coat out very quickly and helped me without hesitation when I decided on another size. I hope this feedback is passed along to Canada Goose corporate -- outstanding experience here!

    Adored the staff at this location. Kevin helped me and was above and beyond. I can’t tell you how many times I had this poor man go back and get a different size model or color. He continued to show enthusiasm and willingness to help and when he was gone to check for something we had other staff come up to us to be sure we were being helped. When I did finally decide on a jacket it was out of stock in my size so he took quite some time to call different stores around the country and find one that had it in stock for me. He even came back in between calls to apologize for the wait and let us know he was still actively trying to find the jacket. Would absolutely come back to this location.
