Dee greeted me with such warmth and professionalism — she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect winter jacket, vest and hat , making sure the fit and style were spot-on. Brian the salesman was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain all the technical details — from the insulation to the weatherproofing — He explained the TEI rating which is the Thermal Experience Index which is on a scale of 1-5. He seemed to have real passion about the product and his patience was unmatched compared to other brand stores I have visited (I am very indecisive person). It’s clear he truly believes in what he’s selling, and his customer service was top-tier. A special shoutout to Alecia, the manager, who runs the store like a well-oiled machine. She made sure everything went smoothly, checked in personally to ensure I was happy, and even followed up with genuine care.
