  Visiting from out of state for the holidays and popped in to buy a new watch, fell in love with a Cartier. Only 2 other folks in the store but was told by a very young, rude salesman that he was too busy to help me and suggested I go elsewhere. My husband and I did just that, walked 2 blocks over to the Cartier store on Newbury and bought the same watch for me. Couldn’t get his name , but he shouldn’t be interacting with the public at such a “high end “ shop. Went back later and spoke with manager, told her the entire story and she just stood there with her mouth open.. no sorry or anything. Go elsewhere like their associate suggested and get good service!!

  Extremely unprofessional experience. The security staff at the door was constantly on their phone and not paying attention to customers coming in or out. For a brand like Rolex, first impressions matter, and this was a poor one. The lack of attentiveness made the environment feel unwelcoming and careless. As a result, I chose not to go inside and did not make a purchase. Disappointing experience overall.

  I had a wonderful experience at Bucherer when purchasing a Rolex Datejust 31mm for my wife. Christian provided outstanding service from start to finish—he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to what we were looking for. This was a wedding gift for my wife and Christian truly made it memorable. Highly recommend both Christian and the Bucherer team.
