  I went to this store last weekend because I am a Rolex enthusiast and was excited to try on some exhibition pieces and register my interest for another timepiece. My wife and I were completely ignored for 30 minutes while patiently waiting to speak to an advisor. I can appreciate the advisor was already speaking with a college student, but he could have at least offered to work with us when he was done with the other patrons. We were the only people there and it was like we didn’t exist for 30 minutes. At one point I was telling my wife about a watch in the display case and the advisor took it still without even saying a word to us. At that point we left. Maybe I would’ve been acknowledged if I happened to be wearing one of my timepieces. It’s a shame.

  Ever since Covid, I’ve been buying watches here. From Moser to Jlc, to the now discontinued Carl F Bucherer. I Recently bought an Omega watch here and had a wonderful experience. I’ve been to the Omega boutique on Newbury, and didn’t love the crowd over there. Maybe it’s because it’s on Newbury. Bucherer is a much more approachable. The team is very down to earth and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this team and they’re great to catch up with whenever you’re in the area. They’re truly like a family.

  I recently had an excellent experience at Bucherer Copley. I have been looking to purchase a specific Rolex for a while. Sanaz went above and beyond to make that happen. She also shipped the watch immediately after purchasing. She was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high-end timepiece

  Have had excellent experiences at the Bucherer in Boston. The sales staff are very professional and approachable. I’d specifically like to shout out Christian. He’s personable, professional and amazing to work with. I went in last fall and spent some time with him discussing watches and shared my wish list. Christian was able to make it happen and I picked up the watch yesterday. Smooth process, and an overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend this store and specifically Christian!
