- YWYiqing WangJul 11, 20251.0Horrible customer service all around. In store, the lady looked so disinterested and rushed us to pay. Didn’t offer us to even try the items on. At the time of checkout, also failed to apply discount, which we found out after the fact. Wrongly promised the timeline with “we’ll get it altered right away” when it would take a week, after I had shown here the deadline I am looking for! Probably just said it to make the sale. If it weren’t for the product that we need by a date we would have left right as we walked in. We requested a refund for the missing discount online but had not heard anything back for a whole week. Still waiting. Hugo boss do better.
