  The entire team here was super helpful; I had 3 different people help me out very seamlessly (clothing pun not intended), as they all brought in different shirts, fits, sweaters, and pants at different times depending on who was available. Ultimately, Carlton Buscemi gave me helpful feedback while I was in front of the mirror and was able to suggest something that was not in the store, but fit great once I received it.

  Visiting the Guide Store was great and sold me on the brand. I was unsure of the fit online and the opportunity to get fitted and ensure the proper size was great. Zach was easy to work with and gave good inspires to the brand!

  There’s a strong chance I may be Bonobos’ best customer. My entire wardrobe is Bonobos. Quality materials and many fit choices make their clothes a no brainer. When they come in, they fit exactly how I want and how they should. My appearance and confidence has improved dramatically since finding Bonobos. Will always be a fan as long as the customer continues to do what it does.

  5 star customer service!! I was in Boston visiting for the first time and happened to walk by and noticed a couple pieces in the window that caught my attention. Decided to walk in and look around a little. I was greeted by Carlton Buscemi as I walked in. Gave him an idea of what I was looking for and he showed me a few different items and also suggested and showed me a couple different things that normally wouldn't be my go to pieces but I turned out to really like the suggestions. I really enjoyed how informative he was and very professional but friendly and welcoming at the same time. One thing that truly made me comfortable with his suggestions was not only the fact that he was professional and informative but he was also well dressed and well put together! I had explained that we were only in Boston for a few days and would be heading back to New York for the remainder of our vacation and was wanting an outfit to wear for my birthday in NY, he took the liberty of having it sent to our hotel so it would be there when we arrived!! That to me is amazing customer service. I really like the quality and the fit of the clothing I purchased and will definitely be a repeat customer. If I am ever back in Boston I will definitely be visiting Carlton again.
