The ppl that work there are amazing, super kind and helpful. If recommend this store or other locations to anytime who needs these type of products. Thank you sincerely. The hummies have extremely helped the pain with my palmoplantar psoriasis on the soles of my feet. I was iffy at first. But I took advice from my son. And they are a life saver. Thank you so much. - SSSophiaDec 26, 20251.0After reading some reviews, I decided to weigh out my product and noticed they short changed me 2 grams. I ordered a 7g package of flower but received 5. I went back to Ascend and asked that they address the gram issue + the fact that one of my products had a tampered seal. The person who helped me went to the back, returned with a scale and weighed the product in front of me. It totaled 7 grams. I accepted the L, assuming my scale must have malfunctioned. They exchanged my product that had the tampered seal. When I got home, I reweighed the product that originally weighed 5g only to discover it now weighed 7g and there was clearly more product in the container. I’m not sure if the weighing the product in front of me was to show me that it *now* had 7g but I apologized and admitted my scale must have been wrong and they didn’t correct me or say they adjusted it at all, so I am left only to assume they took my product into the back and added the missing 2g. Extremely sus. I won’t be coming back here and I’ve been a customer for over a year! I wonder how many times I’ve been short changed without my knowledge :/ If you’re in the area, go to Apex instead.
