I bought the sweatpants and did an online exchange for diff size. They sent me the wrong item and then wouldn’t send me the sweatpants. Credited my credit card which didn’t help because I got them on sale. Now I have to purchase them at full price. Lululemon never does this to me and I’ve been shopping them for almost 20 years! My daughter buys alo and now I won’t buy anything from them. They did offer me a store credit of 25 dollars however it won’t help me purchase the pants for 96 dollars.

Tough unpleasant staff. Went there on a Monday night 530pm and the female staff in the front barely had enthusiasm to provide a positive greeting. Don't know how the hiring process worked - but all they do is gossip about their own team. Try a different Alo location for service.

Horribly rude staff who are always too busy gossiping every time I come in. They never offer any assistance and act so huffy. You work here, not me.
