  Tough unpleasant staff. Went there on a Monday night 530pm and the female staff in the front barely had enthusiasm to provide a positive greeting. Don't know how the hiring process worked - but all they do is gossip about their own team. Try a different Alo location for service.

  I’ve been shopping at Alo Yoga in seaport for sometime, especially since I found a pair of leggings that are great for Bartending in the busy season. I recently had to replenish some items and add some new ones. The store manager was more than helpful, He literally offered above and beyond customer service. As his team on that day. The Alo Running sneakers are worth every penny! Keep up that great customer service. It’s been missing in so many places. Thanks!

  I visited the Alo store in the Seaport of Boston to purchase a zip-up hoodie. The first salesperson who greeted me was very friendly. When I couldn't find the hoodie on the floor, she asked a colleague, who brought one out to me. I said I would try it on in the dressing room and the salesperson directed me to a mirror rather than a dressing room so I put my handbag on the floor and tried it on there. Although the hoodie was expensive at $138, I decided to buy it. However, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The salesperson who had directed me to the mirror rang up the sale, but then rolled the hoodie into a ball and asked if I wanted a bag. I said yes, and was upset by how carelessly she handled the item. The register wasn't working, so we had to move to another one. She seemed to notice I was unhappy and zipped up the hoodie before still rolling it into a ball and placing it in the bag. The entire experience felt impersonal and dismissive. I didn't feel like my business was valued, and as a result, I'll be returning the hoodie.
