One of the associates approached me almost immediately and helped me find pieces that suited my body type and style, which made the experience feel more like a styling session than a typical retail visit. The store itself has a very calm and elevated vibe- clean layouts, soft lighting, and curated sets that make it easy to visualize full outfits. Even during a busy evening rush, I never felt rushed or ignored. The staff were attentive and genuinely interested in helping rather than just making a sale. What stood out most was how personalized the experience felt. I left not only with pieces I loved but also with a really positive impression of the brand’s service and attention to detail. Definitely one of the best athleisure retail experiences I’ve had in Boston.

Two employees separately said they would check, then left me waiting 10–15 minutes each with no update. I had to follow up myself just to be told the item was not available. This was an absolute waste of my time and demonstrates unacceptable conduct. When I pointed out that this should have been communicated immediately, I was ignored. This level of indifference is shocking. Regardless of Alo’s marketing, I will never purchase from this brand again.
