The first bag they gave me was in good condition but not shiny so I came back and switched for another which unfortunately had a slightly bent flap and small scratch that I noticed as soon as I left. I returned it and the SA told me she would have some new bags shipped in a couple of days. The reason I'm leaving this bad review is because when I came in today (after she promised there would be some new bags), they tried selling me the same 2 bags I returned due to small imperfections. Like, if you're going to do that, at least replace the torn styrofoam (same hole, shape and location as the ones I bought from store). Even my husband noticed it.
