- BBBrianFeb 26, 20261.0They cancelled my order with no explanation when I was hoping to have the shirt for a concert. I had paid extra for expedited shipping. No email, no phone call. The only reason I noticed they cancelled my order was because I saw the credit to my credit card account pop up on my phone. When I logged in, I could see it was cancelled. I messaged them from their website, and 4 days later, still no response. Ohhhkay. Poor customer service and zero communication. Zero stars for these guys.

For some reason they couldn't process any of my payments so I had to call them and pay by the phone because their system flagged my account fraudulous. I was waiting for a personnalized christmas gift and the day of the delivery so 3 days before christmas they sent it back to the shipper because they said they were not able to process my payment in the end. THEY PRINTED AND SENT THE SHIRT, how does that work? Such a shitty way to do organize an order. Didn't get the shirt and they are still trying to make me pay for it.

I didn’t feel pressured or annoyed with the process. They were very patient with me and I was so grateful for that. If you’re looking for a place to design custom apparel ask for Riah! The design we came up with looked great! They asked what my vision was and didn’t stop until it was exactly what I was looking for. Such a wonderful experience!! Give Riah a raise!

Custom Ink has the 50/50 blend Soffe shirt I use in uniform, it was awesome to see they have it as shirt option. I will definitely use Custom Ink the next time I need to create a group shirt.
