  Not a great experience. The SA I initially spoke to had a rude attitude and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I was looking for recommendations but instead felt like I was being brushed off. I was eventually transferred to another SA who was much more helpful, but the first interaction really ruined the overall experience. It’s disappointing to encounter this level of service at Chanel, where a higher standard is expected

  Hate this store. The customer service here is beyond horrible. I brought in a knit tank I recently purchased from this store to match the cardigan I bought at Bergdorfs. I needed the straps taken up 1/4 of an inch. They said 12 weeks! Give me a break! There is always room to bend if they wanted to. I’ve been a Chanel client for years buying leather goods. Just now dipping into the knits. I will never buy apparel from this store. Buy your Chanel at Bergdorfs or any other boutique than here. Can’t believe that they are okay letting customers walk out unhappy with their service. Proves that they don’t really care.

The staff greeted me instantly and clearly understood their product lines—especially the jewelry specialists, who explained the Coco Crush craftsmanship in impressive detail. The store is beautifully minimalist with warm lighting, and the quiet, fragrance-filled ambiance makes browsing very comfortable. The layout is smart, separating classic pieces from high-end collections perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for attentive service and a refined shopping environment.

  I had an outstanding experience visiting the Chanel boutique today. The attention to detail in the store layout and the sophisticated ambiance made my visit truly memorable. The manager Yailen were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, providing a level of personalized service that you simply cannot find online.
