  Had an issue with an online order, not to their fault but related to Fedex. The Store manager helped to address everything super quickly.

  opposite of luxury service. went in to actually buy something but the SA was so rude when my card was having a problem. instead of assisting me, she keeps saying she is losing her job if she redo my card payment. felt a sense of racism here because whenever I say something, she gave me all sort of attitude. never coming back here again, thank goodness I did not buy anything under this awful service store

She is incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely attentive to her clients. Anna goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled seamlessly, and she takes great care in making each experience personal and memorable. I truly appreciate all the effort she has put in over the past few months to assist me with everything I needed.
