  Nice store but terrible customer service. I went in for a strap for my super ocean heritage and the person had zero product knowledge and was not interested in even looking for what was available in inventory. When I insisted she did bring up 2 straps but acted like it was a huge favor to me. I will give them the benefit of doubt (and a 2nd star) because I am a fan of the brand and spending time with me on a $200 strap is less incentivizing than catering to window shoppers who might buy a $5000 watch… I’ll order the strap online and get it installed by my authorized retailer.

  The customer support was superb. As soon as I stepped foot into Breitling, I was warmly welcomed by a representative and had received immense help. And even while I was leaving, they warmly said their goodbyes to me. Amazing staff.

  Great store with incredible staff. The crew working there are great. Cas was the team member who assisted my wife and I directly while the others were working with other patrons. We were browsing and Cas was great at showing my wife and I options that maybe weren't on our radar, but ended up being phenomenal choices. We're really happy with the service provided and can't recommend this place enough.

  According to tje opening hrs, they should be open sundays from 12pm on… i iam now here in front of the store, 2pm, but the store is closed.. to bad.
