I used to love this mall, but recently it’s become a challenge to even walk through. You need to get rid of that cosmetics store that has very aggressive people standing outside who try to lure you in with samples and then guilt you into spending $120+ on skincare. They make me very uncomfortable. I ignored one of them a few weeks ago and I literally heard him stomp his feet because he was so mad that I didn’t engage with him. Same thing goes with the shoe shiners. 6 months ago I had to say “no, thank you” multiple times to someone begging me to let them clean my shoes for “free”, and they were also very aggressive. I would shop here more to try and support the mall because it’s been my hometown mall since I was a kid, but I can’t because the vultures make me uncomfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back :(

It honestly shouldn’t be this hard to replace the old Sears. That huge empty space has been hurting the mall for years. There are so many stores that would actually fit here and pull traffic: • Primark • Burlington • Ross ( expanding on the East Coast) • H&M • Zara • Uniqlo • Build-A-Bear • Old Navy • Urban Outfitters • Pacsun • Cotton On • Hot Topic / BoxLunch combo • Hollister •. White Barn expansion • Sephora • DSW • shoppers world • At Home • HomeGoods • Bob’s Discount Furniture • Michaels • Hobby Lobby • Sierra • World Market • Jordan’s furniture • Dillards • Dick’s Sporting Goods • JCPENNY • Pottery Barn • Garage • Windsor • Rue21 • Champs Entertainment options that would work: Level99, Round1, Dave & Buster’s, Sky Zone, Urban Air, a bowling alley, a small movie theater, an arcade, a trampoline park, axe throwing, VR arena, escape rooms, mini golf. Other traffic drivers: Planet Fitness, Crunch, grocery store (Market Basket, Big Y, Aldi, Wegmans ,Food Lion). There are literally dozens if not hundreds of options the space shouldn’t still be empty it’s been almost 6 years…
