    Go somewhere else. Staff on Friday 1/9 was terrible. With the exception on the older gentleman with blond hair.However the young guy with glasses and the older guy with glasses are complete trash at customer service. Like I said go somewhere else.

    This has been one of the most poorly run retail experiences I’ve ever had. I called the Slidell location to check the availability of a rifle and was placed on hold multiple times. I was patient, understanding that the store may have been busy, but after waiting a total of 12 minutes, someone finally answered—only to immediately hang up on me. Still wanting to do business with the store, I called back and explained what had happened and asked to speak with a manager. Although I didn’t reach a manager, I did speak with a salesperson who told me the rifle was in stock but could only be purchased online. Unfortunately, the website showed zero inventory and offered no option to purchase. I was then given a customer support number and told I could complete the purchase over the phone and pick it up the next day. Online support was unable to help and instead offered a store-to-store transfer that would take 5–6 days and cost an additional $50. Hoping to avoid that, I called the store again to ask if the rifle could simply be held for pickup the next day. Once again, I experienced long hold times before finally reaching the department manager—who informed me the rifle I had been told was in stock was actually being held for someone else. At this point, I was understandably frustrated, having received three completely different answers from three different employees. The manager explained that it’s a large company with 150 stores and that this is “just how it works,” while again suggesting I pay the $50 transfer fee. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—to a company that values clear communication and customer service.

    Went into store and wanted to buy 2 items. 3 workers walked by us at the register. No one said we will be right with you or even acknowledged us. We left without purchasing items. Will never go back.

    If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. I’ve never left a google review but I wanted to warn everyone about this place. I placed an order on December 9th and was told it would be here by CHRISTmas multiple times even though they could never give me shipped. I finally demanded shipping December 19th. They gave me an ups number they didn’t show tracking until Monday December 22. They told me it would for sure be in by CHRISTmas and that it would be delivered within 2 days to the receiving facility. They lied. Over and over and over again. It will not even be here under December 30! This place is a complete mess. I would never order anything from them again. Even though they guarantee delivery and continued (even Friday the 19th) to state items on their site would be delivered by CHRISTmas, somehow an item ordered 2 weeks ago would not. They took the money out of my account December 9th the day the order was placed. For over 10 days I called every other day and finally demanded it ship. I honestly feel they were trying to scam me and keep my $1,800 hoping I would stop calling or forget. The manager nor the owner would speak with me when I demanded answers. Now the big CHRISTmas gift won’t make it. Although the guaranteed it MANY times over!! This place is a scam. I complete joke. Even the facility receiving the item for me to pick up had comments about their delay in even shipping the item. I will never do business with this company again. They could absolutely care less about their customers ESPECIALLY during CHRISTmas!! I tried to be understanding but was lied to every day with Statements of “your gun will ship tomorrow” I was even told once “your gun is at the receiving facility”. To which I called and they had no idea what they were talking about. This place is poorly run and what makes it even worse is that they do not care. Again, I’ve never once made a review on a business but this went way too far. The lies, the promises. Again I would never recommend this place to anyone. I hated to even come here but asked repeatedly for an owner or manager and they were always “too busy.” I’m Not sure what they were too busy doing but I know it was not packing orders because they don’t do that unless you call them every day for 2 weeks. Such a shame.

    One particular salesman ruined my whole purchasing experience today. Don't go to this store without a man to purchase or pick up a firearm you have ordered unless you want to be discriminated against for being a woman.
