    Got a fruit and flower gift for my birthday the flowers are not close to what they offer online it is not pretty at all the most simple daises that hardly hold them self up quite disappointed not one pretty flower in the bunch

    I had a delivery that was not delivered at the time I specified. I called the store to see why and the sales rep was not very sympathetic. I was ready to be done with Edible Arrangements all together until the owner called me personally, apologized and offered to make things right for me. I don’t need anything to make things right, just the mere fact that the owner took the time to call me to make things right was enough for me. Thank you.

    Okay . I ordered offline their top buy gift for a birthday . The delivery was at exceptional time . But the flowers I picked online looked nothing like the ones I was suppose to get . When I called the cashier told me "WE ARE NOT a florist place" with a nonchalant attitude . Plus they forgot the ballon that went with the gift . They refunded me . It wasn't even a holiday and they couldn't deliver properly . My mom still liked it but I won't be ordering from them again .

    THEY CLOSE AT 6 not 7!!!!!! I ORDERED SOMETHING AT 6 AND GOT THERE TO PICK IT UP AT6:30 and THYE CLOSE AT 6!! Please update the times!!! Wasted my money and time!!

    I received a free GIFT, so excited! I went to this location to Redeem my award. The lady was having issues redeeming my code. I have never used this code, matter of fact I received a follow up email reminding me to redeem my free gift. The person over the phone told the cashier, they couldn't redeem my gift because the code wasn't working. Didn't even try to figure out another way or just take down the code and offer the gift. It wasn't a friendly atmosphere anyway, I was trying this business for the first time since I got a free gift. But thanks for the great experience 😑
