- BMbobby mApr 11, 20261.0I went in for a simple emergency bike repair and the mechanic said he was booked out for months even though he was goofing around with no bikes on the stand and refused to tighten a few spokes. Either laziness or inexperienced but most likely both.

- ADanthony dorseyMar 3, 20265.0I've purchased cold weather apparel here several times, however, I've never purchased bike equipment in the past. I was biking the Lafitte Greenway, and my back tire suddenly went flat and would not hold air. I was probably 1/2 a mile from Masseys at that point. I walked back to masses, only to find that there are no bike mechanics on Monday's. The guys working were very accommodating and treated me like a regular customer and allowed me to use the wrench I needed to change the tube and also let me use their air pump. Saved me a lot of headaches and got me back on the road. Very thankful for those guys. They've got a customer for life. From now on, anything I need for my kayak, or my family bikes will be purchased strictly from masseys.
