  I’m honestly sad to write this because the first associate who helped me was so kind and welcoming. I was really excited to finally shop at Gorjana in person. Unfortunately, after I couldn’t find something that worked for me, the vibe completely changed. I had my baby with me and just needed to quickly rinse a pacifier, but another employee (a tall brunette) told me to use a bathroom across the street—even though it seemed like there was a fully functional one in the store. I was eventually allowed to use it, which made the situation even more confusing, and it felt like I was initially misled about its availability. The whole interaction felt so unnecessary and rude. It came across as dismissive and uncomfortable, and it didn’t sit right with me. It’s really disappointing because that one interaction overshadowed the positive experience I had at the start. I left feeling unwelcome, which is not what I expected. 1 star

  Very warm ,welcoming, clean,and friendly service. Very knowledgeable about their items and the smiles are very genuine.
