The staff were friendly and helpful and found just the shoes she wanted. The inventory was large with a lot of shoes to choose from and all of the popular sizes. We had a nice experience and were in and out quickly.

I had to actually grab an employee to help me with a size of a heel, when I asked her certain questions she copped an attitude and told me I can go online and look. She wasn't knowledgeable of anything that I asked her. This is mostly why I shop online with Steve Madden all the time. Inside store associates always be cute but plenty of bad attitude.
