I was biking the Lafitte Greenway, and my back tire suddenly went flat and would not hold air. I was probably 1/2 a mile from Masseys at that point. I walked back to masses, only to find that there are no bike mechanics on Monday's. The guys working were very accommodating and treated me like a regular customer and allowed me to use the wrench I needed to change the tube and also let me use their air pump. Saved me a lot of headaches and got me back on the road. Very thankful for those guys. They've got a customer for life. From now on, anything I need for my kayak, or my family bikes will be purchased strictly from masseys.

WOW, what a lovely store, selections and every accessory for the Egg. We bought the nest and side tables for the egg and were THRILLED to be told that Bobby would come to our home and move the egg to its new nest home. This is why you support small business! Amazon, nope.

This happens every time. They ask if I need help, I say that I'm good and they are right behind me as I browse the store. It makes me uncomfortable.
