    Poor department management......we were standing in line at the perfume desk for over 15 minutes. There was 2 ladies working in that department and they both decided they needed to be at the registers instead of one of them helping customers and the other checking out. There was several people waiting to look at different fragrances and neither would come help.

    Very disappointed. No customer service at all. Couldn't find anyone for assistance. Bought 2 pair of skechers. The sign had buy one, get one free. When checking out, I was told , the 2 for 1 was no longer active and I only got a 40% discount on my shoes, but the sign was still on display showing 2 for 1. A department store is 90% customer service. I will not use Belks any where ever again.
