- LMLo Moon2 days ago1.0I'm giving this a one star review as I was stand in your store. I could get no help from nobody. This is going to be one of the shittiest stores I've ever been in. As I'm walking out of your store right now. I will never come back to the store ever again. No team work from your employees. Everybody stood by while one lady was busy in the perfume section I wanted some Versace cologne was prepared to drop 200 plus I just walked away from that because all your employees in this store horrible..
- EHEric Hodges5 days ago1.0Walked around the store for over 20 minutes and not one cashier to be found. Finally I ran into one employee and asked if she could help me checkout and she directed me to a register and told me there was a lady that would help, which I actually ran into 3 or 4 times and I believed she was a customer because she was walking around with her purse on and following a gentleman which I thought was her husband. The other cashier said that the lady I believed was a customer actually worked there. She replied in a very rude tone " I asked him if he needed help and I supposedly didn't reply which is a lie and never asked me if I was ready to checkout just gave me a Go To Hell look and kept walking. If I was the manager, I'd be doing all I could to keep business because it look like they're not but 1 customer away from going out of business. I'll never walk in that store ever again!!!!!

There was 2 ladies working in that department and they both decided they needed to be at the registers instead of one of them helping customers and the other checking out. There was several people waiting to look at different fragrances and neither would come help.
- DWDonald WoodallJan 6, 20263.0Very disappointed. No customer service at all. Couldn't find anyone for assistance. Bought 2 pair of skechers. The sign had buy one, get one free. When checking out, I was told , the 2 for 1 was no longer active and I only got a 40% discount on my shoes, but the sign was still on display showing 2 for 1. A department store is 90% customer service. I will not use Belks any where ever again.
