  If a “zero star” review could be left, I would leave one. My family and I came in to look at a pair of Meta glasses (Gen 2, marked $379). An employee helped us try them on and initially everything was fine. However, when I made a decision on the pair I wanted, we were told the actual price was $459 due to inaccurate tagging. We asked for clarification, since the glasses were clearly tagged at the lower, base price. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the employee walked away and told another customer that we were trying to get the glasses for a discount. They then laughed about it within earshot of us. This was completely untrue. We were simply asking about a pricing discrepancy caused by incorrect tagging, admittedly, done on their part. Being spoken about in that way, while still shopping in the store, was disrespectful, deplorable, and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters exponentially more than how they occurred. This situation could have been resolved respectfully, but instead it turned into an uncomfortable, negative, and discriminatory experience. We chose to leave and purchase elsewhere.

  Terrible Service and Dishonest Promises I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sunglass Hut. I purchased two pairs of sunglasses and requested prescription lenses to be added. At the time of purchase, I was assured that I would receive the lenses in the same color as the original ones. However, when I went back to the store, they told me it wasn’t possible to get the same color. To make matters worse, when I decided to return the sunglasses, they claimed they couldn’t find my online purchase details in their system. They promised to call me back once they located my information, but it’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received any follow-up. This lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating. I’m left with two pairs of sunglasses that I’m unable to use as intended, and I regret ever purchasing from Sunglass Hut. I expected a much higher level of service and honesty from a brand of this stature.

  Ron you and Tiffany are the best employees that have ever helped me at Sunglasshut. I really do love how good you guys are at selling the shades! Super knowledgeable, and I hope Tiffany stays with you forever! Thank you for helping me pick my two pairs of Ray Ban for my wife and I as well as the Maui’s Tiffany helped me select while on her lunch. Thank you Sunglasshut, and thank you Ron and Tiffany
