  Went into the store knowing very little about buying a Rolex and the process that goes along with buying the timepiece. I was very intimidated at first and unsure if I even wanted to inquire. I decided to go in and was assisted by Mike Crane who was incredibly patient with me and explained everything and took to the time field my questions to put me at ease. The process itself ended up not being nearly as intimidating as I thought it would. Received the text/call from Mike to tell me that the exact Rolex piece I had wanted was available and had my name on it and I was happy as could be. Came in to take delivery and I have not taken it off my wrist. Was a wonderful experience and am so greatful to Mike and Lee Michaels for delivering this dream to me.
