The employee had not been welcoming upon arrival and had been rude with assisting me. When requesting assistance she’d proceeded to FaceTime her manager and either were able to give reliable information. It’s disappointing to receive this type of assistance when the merchandise of the establishment is slightly pricey.

Made the mistake of not taking the Ray Bans I bought out of the box and when I discovered they were defective, they refused to exchange them, claiming it was sun damage. I discovered the defect when I unboxed them so sun damage was impossible, and I find SUNglasses being SUNdamaged being just a tad suspect. Sunglass Hut and Ray Ban lost a customer.
