- SDSydney DoddJul 22, 20211.0While I was in the store, I believe the girl who was the manager, began a conversation with the other employees regarding Covid, shots, masks, the employees vaccination status, and the Covid Delta variant. This conversation seems highly inappropriate in front of customers, especially touching on the topic of the other employees vaccination status and compliance with masks. Even completely supporting of mask and vaccination, this seems like poor business and customer service. There are customers in the store not being helped and overhearing, what I personally feel is, private medical discussions and opinion. Unfortunately I ended up putting the items I intended to purchase back and leaving the store. Despite all of the personal views and experiences through the pandemic, there has to be boundaries and respect and watching this occur during business hours and in front of customers felt extremely disrespectful to the employees and customers.
