I saw a bracelet in Portugal and she was able to work with the designer such that I will have it before Christmas!!! A lot of effort and time which she did not have to do. Thank you, thank you!! The piece was not expensive, and if there is commission involved, she will not make a lot......which speaks volumes for the level of customer service! I can't wait until my budget allows me to make another purchase, hopefully larger, from Aucoin Hart Jewelers! 10 stars!!!!
