  About three months ago I purchased a jacket from this location, and I was judged as soon as I walked in the door. I only came in there for one thing, which was a jacket that I wanted. The workers don’t really want to help you, and when I tried on the jacket and told the male worker that I wanted to purchase the $156 dollar jacket the other female worker said, “She’s buying something!?” with a overly shocked expression as if I am not a previous Alo buyer.

  Manager refused to accept timely returns after “inspecting” items. Items were in unused , new, unworn condition with tags on. He was scrutinous, to a deplorable fault. Trying to find some reason to not accept. I actually felt targeted. Forget customer service. I won’t be back.

  I always feel like they think I’m stealing, even if I bought something. I was walking out saying thank you to a worker and she just stared at me.

  went here for the first time and Roberto was so helpful and got me all the sizes i needed! left with the brown sweat set and couldn’t be happier!

  Great new store. The staff is very helpful. They’re engaged and care. They have a large selection, even for men.
