  So there are two registers but not enough staff? Me and my party waited over 5 minutes at the register until we went up to the register at the door. Then to just be turned around to go back to the ones we were at because those only take cash. Okay so why couldn’t I be greeted at the main registers in the first place it makes no sense.

  Asked for a fitting room, and was very rudely told “Okay, they’re right over there”. I go into the fitting room and there are security tags all over the floor with the nails facing up that have been ripped from the clothes. Most likely since they don’t monitor the fitting rooms. I quickly try on my shorts and run to check out of this horrific store. The same girls checking me out, another lady walks up and ask about the fitting room. She just yells “THEY’RE OPEN”. She’s not the only employee… the lady walks off and she tries to joke with us “This is my favorite question of the day”. I tell her, “You work in a clothing store, and you don’t expect people to try on clothes?”. Overall cringe teenage experience, I’ll be ordering online from now on.

  Told to go up front to checkout while two fully capable employees stood there and talked. Finally had to harass someone to ring us up. Super cool way to let people know you don’t want to make money. Wouldn’t take cash so we left.

  really good jeans here. me and my daughter shop here all the time and never have problems. today was a lot busier than the other times we come here but the wait was very well worth it we got some really cute jeans and shirts and the workers here were very nice

  I would give zero stars if I could. Just got the worst service at the lakeside location. We stood by the back register for about 5 minutes then the customer behind us went to ask if they could pay in the front. We then followed up there where there was 3 other employees talking. After I asked if we could pay they continued talking then walked towards the back and just ignored my husband and I. We were so disappointed with the service we left without making our purchase.
