  This place is incredible! Matt helped me find the perfect outfit for my daughter. I had no idea what a match skirt or whatever set is!!! All I know is that my daughter loves them and feels totally confident in her new wardrobe. My daughter said I’m the coolest dad around. Thank you Matt at Alo for you help!!

  i would give zero stars if i could. you feel judged when you walk in every time. i went about 5 times in total for a pick up order and there was a problem every time. first time they gave my pickup order to a stranger. i had to go up and say no that was my order you were grabbing. didn’t check her email or anything. then they told me my pickup wasn’t ready when i was in store staring at the shorts i purchased on the floor. i said ok can i take these then and i was told i can purchase them and then come back and pickup my “pickup order” and return them. like what? they never offer a solution for the customer, they process your order one by one for pick up so u have to go back multiple times to get it. the most recent time i ordered a top and shorts, got an email that my top was ready. showed them the email, asked if they could check on the shorts. they gave me the top and said sorry the shorts were being shipped. i said ok no problem, walked back to my car and the second i sat down i got an email that the shorts were ready. never purchasing from here again its so ridiculous

  The staff here at Alo Metairie were extremely kind and helpful. Helped me with picking out sizes and suggesting other styles. The store was also beautifully clean. Will return and recommend to others, thank you.

  As someone who practically lives in workout clothes, I appreciate good quality and great service, Alo delivered on both. The team was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. They helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. A great experience all around!
