- RFRandy FuerstApr 7, 20265.0I bought a pair of glasses very expensive in New York. A lens came out for no reason and I went to the Lake Charles store. The young lady was extremely helpful. Got her manager on the phone and got permission to send for New lens to try and fix it …very helpful …highly recommend.
- SASam AndrewsMar 7, 20261.0The workers here are very rude and not at all helpful I was trying to look at a pair of oakleys and was told I was not allowed in the drawers which would have been fine except there was no offer to help the employee said please put those back then walked away no offer to help at all I would not recommend the Lake Charles mall location to anyone
