I came in requesting a wash and blowout, but the stylist chose to do a silk press without asking or confirming with me. While the stylist was nice, the service itself was rough the entire time, and I’m not usually tender-headed, so it wasn’t a relaxing experience at all. I was also surprised to learn afterward that the service I received was about double the price of what I originally wanted. I recommend confirming both the service and pricing before the appointment begins to avoid confusion.

She failed to greet us and was generally unhelpful. I don't know if that's just how she is, but it was like she was being forced to help us after telling us the price of some sandals. She removed the price and rescanned everything again. And since the product wasn't scanning, she sent my mother-in-law back to check the price of the sandals, making her go all the way back. Before asking her if she could call someone to help us and she said no, that we had to go there ourselves. Which afterwards she had called someone in the shoe section “to help her.” Which felt like discriminatory behavior, created a hostile and unpleasant shopping environment. As someone who works in customer service, I know the importance of treating all customers with respect.
