- KMKassidy MooreMar 10, 20261.0I visited this Windsor store twice and was disappointed both times. The first time I visited I was in a rush looking for something specifically. I was not greeted at all. The Managers/Stylists on the floor were talking and did not acknowledge me until I got to register. It was my first time shopping at another Windsor store as I work at another store in another state. Instead of greeted with pleasantry, I was reprimanded that I should have told them immediately upon arrival that I was from another store. The rest of the transaction still did not lighten even after I acknowledged what I should do next time and so forth. Even after that, I still decided to “let it go” and continue on. The second time I visited this store I had high hopes that the second time would be different. The second time there were more workers on the floor. I notified the Greeter that I was from another store and she did not even understand what I had meant. She did at least acknowledge me and that was the only conversation I had with a worker. I began to look around and search and I not only felt like I was being watched… but once again.. was not greeted or approached. I left the store annoyed and dissatisfied once more. My friend went in the store after me at a separate time. She was not greeted as well and felt the “hostile” energy also. I wanted to leave a review because regardless of my affiliation with Windsor, the customer service was unacceptable. I do not leave reviews at all and usually just keep it moving. But, this needed to be said and addressed. I hope it was just unfortunately a bad day on both occasions but if not… I would not recommend.

I was bothering them, when I asked them questions and I received eye rolls…. It was horrible! And I drove an hour to get to this store… the cashier didn’t even say, thank you after I made my purchase!!!
