  Not at all the Oakwood we used to know. Very sad. I hope some investors come along and make it a real mall again. I’d go.

  To the Oakwood Center Property Management, I am raise concerns about the fair currently operating on your property in Gretna , Louisiana. My experience there was extremely disappointing and felt unfair to families. In addition to already high prices for rides and games, there is an entrance fee, along with extra charges added to every transaction. These costs add up very quickly and are not clearly explained, leaving customers feeling misled. I brought my young children expecting a fun family outing, but instead we left after about an hour feeling like we had overpaid for very little. No parent should feel taken advantage of when trying to provide a simple, enjoyable experience for their kids. Allowing events like this to operate with these kinds of pricing practices reflects poorly on Oakwood Center and harms the trust of the local community. I respectfully ask that you reconsider hosting or renting space to operators who use these types of practices. The community deserves fair, transparent, and family-friendly entertainment.
