I had back surgery so I use this service and yet I had to walk im the store to find the associate doing nothing not waiting on customers. I called the number no onr answers, no operator. And when I explained to the associate about my back surgery she just shrugged. This store sucks!

Shopping and coordinating something for a special event, right before I checked out I asked for her personal opinion and expertise. She was willing and welcoming to provide stellar customer service. She knew the store, product.knowledge of departments and had care and service with compassion. In the end it wasnt the savings, that made my trip one where I would now choose this store as my home store; it was Cheleatha. Her going above and beyond with a smile, and making customers feel like the store isn't just a store in the area. But its the store you feel is just for you, with customer service being the greatest quality along with good buys. The Westbank is definitely blessed she is the jewel of JCPenneys woman's department.

Penney's a little after 2 o'clock today to buy some drapes. I am not that knowledgeable about things about drapes. I needed to talk to someone about drapes who know about drapes. I went upstairs to find the drape department. I walked around the entire second floor and there was not one single person to be seen, no customers, no employees. On my second trip around the 2nd floor, I did find the drape department but still there was not a single person to be seen. Eventually a woman walked out of back room into an area near the drapes department. I asked her if there was someone in the drapes department. She said, "No, she has gone home for the day." I asked, "JC Penney's opens at 1100 am, doesn't it?" She acknowledged it does. I asked when the drapes woman would be working tomorrow as I did not want to miss her three-hour workday again. She said that the woman would be at work at 1100 am. I sure hope so...
