I tried on 5 different pairs she assisted and went to the back about 3 times all with a smile and friendly conversation. I would give her 10 stars in the costumer relations department. Got to the counter to check out and had a warming experience also with the clerk who recognized me as a Veteran and the managers about 3 of them💪also. Overall experience was a 10. So. Someone's doing an awesome job here and I applaud them
- TBTravis BoydJan 18, 20263.0The firearms counter is hit or miss, I drove an hour and a half to purchase a firearm that was " in stock" online. The first salesman was rude and basically acted like I was an inconvenience to be there. He wouldn't go in the back to check stock or anything. I ordered online and within minutes, i received an email saying it was ready for pickup. The next day, 1/12026, another hour and a half drive later, I was greeted by Lynn, who was extremely helpful and polite. I would suggest asking for Lynn at the firearms counter or going elsewhere.
