- DSdyllan swansonApr 1, 20251.0I've had nothing but trouble with this company and device. It sporadically doesn't get power and doesn't even allow me to blow, leaving me stranded. I've called lifesaver and they're absolutely zero help. They tell me to bring it back to the place I had installed and get them to look at it. (I have, multiple times) It's left me stranded a few times. One of those times I called the installer and they came out and got it working, temporarily, and charged me. They charge me everytime I have trouble and ask about things. On top of all the fees that they don't tell you about in the beginning. Like you have a monthly calibration fee, which is fine but then you have to pay the shop. On top of me paying the shop for all the problems the device (that I can't control) is having. When you call lifesaver, it's a huge gamble to get anyone in the phone. I've gotten someone on the phone less times than I have gotten someone. But even when you do, they seem like it's their first day and have no clue how to help. The last lady told me to bring it to a different mechanic shop and pay to have it looked at. I'm at a loss and don't know what to do. If I had known half of this I'm the beginning, I would have stayed as far away from this company as possible. To top it all off. I have this installed from a dwi 8 years ago and haven't drank in 5 years.
