- JJJordan JohnsonMar 28, 20251.0Terrible. Ordered lenses for the second time for a pair of Rayban’s and I should’ve known better. No one calls to say they come in… no problem. I call and they said “they are in but I’m too busy to do it today so you’ll have to come in tomorrow”. We come in the next day… the entire place is closed. I’ve seen other reviews that they don’t honor hours… okay whatever. We come in the next next day. NO LENSES. The bag they came in is EMPTY. No one knows where they are. They say they have to be ordered again because they are just gone. We ask for expedited shipping at their cost considering it’s now been two weeks and we leave to go out of town. Won’t do it. No resolution or apology other than to just re order and wait another two weeks. Save your time, money and mental state with this place. The only positive is the poor guy behind the counter who wasn’t at fault but had to hear our frustration.
