- MBMorgan BonhamNov 23, 20245.0I went there recently to find a pair of shoes I could take my senior pictures in and I came out even happier than I could have even imagined! I wasn’t at first sure what kind of shoes I wanted, but I knew some colors. One of the employees went up to my mom and I and helped give us some really good options and got multiple sizes for each shoe she suggested. When I tried on the shoes she was really helpful in helping me decide as she gave me a lot of insight on which size suited better. Her name was Mia and she really was easy to talk to and so nice. My mom and I were having the best time talking with her! She even helped me put on and off my shoes when I told her she really didn’t have to and I couldn’t have been more thankful. Even when she wasn’t around other employees made sure me and my mom were doing alright! We eventually bought two pairs of shoes she helped fit me with and I couldn’t have been happier with the shoes or a better person/store to help fit my shoes!

They were super helpful and gave their honest opinion on the fit of some shoes I was purchasing (helped me a lot because I am indecisive!). They were very friendly and made my experience pleasant.

I spoke with the store manager about the matter and he immediately agreed to exchange the product. I was so pleased with the way he handled the problem. I left the store so excited and overjoyed. All the sales associates were nice and helpful. I loved the professionalism and knowledge of everyone. I would definitely be visiting this store again for all my Steve Madden purchases. Also, the store was organized and clean. Good job to the entire staffing crew!
