  I pass this place often and I needed to pawn my TVs for extra cash so I looked the place up online and saw it had some pretty good reviews. I called the store on maybe Wednesday or Thursday, spoke with a guy told him what kinda TVs I had and the conditions and he told me to bring them in as long as I had the original remote and he would check them out. I ended up bringing one of my TVs in and the guy that was there was VERY RUDE, he didn’t even want to look at the TV I brought in. I told him that I had called and spoke with him on the phone and he proceeded to act like he didn’t even know what I was talking about as if I was lying. It was a very uncomfortable experience and just weird. He just didn’t want to look at the tv as if it was trash and it’s in great condition 55inch with remote & I paid about $250-$270 for it a few years ago during Christmas. I would say don’t believe what they say over the phone & have your guard up when you go inside the store because the white guy at the register is very rude and prolly won’t even take time to look at the items you bring in.
