I had a pair of leggings rip in the seam, and was worried they weren’t going to be replaced since I have had them for over a year, I was helped immediately upon walking in and although they were not replaceable due to the year warranty, they offered to send them out next day to be hemmed at a different lulu location, dropped them off on Friday and they were ready and fixed by Monday, not to mention the pick up was just as easy! Can’t say enough about the quality of product and customer service.

I tried to call to confirm that they had a size in stock in order for me to come make an exchange with an online product I purchased. Drove an hour and a half and when I arrived, they informed me that they were not going to be doing returns or exchanges until the following Monday (this was a Saturday ) due to lack of a manager being present . Could’ve saved me a trip if you would’ve answered the phone! Ridiculous .
